Mediated Negotiations (5 ½ hours) or Arbitrations (6 hours)
$1,850 per law firm (reduced by $350/firm for the Springfield-Deerfield area).
The fee for mediated negotiations includes lunch at our locations.
Our Springfield and Worcester locations do not provide lunch, so the fee there is reduced by $50/firm.
If you provide the location, the fee is reduced by $100/firm.
The fee can be waived in cases of financial hardship if the matter qualifies for pro bono treatment.
Additional time is billed at $250 per hour per party
Cancellation/Postponement Policy - the party responsible for the cancellation/postponement is charged:
a) one-fourth of its hearing fee if there is less than 15 days but more than 48 hours notice;
b) its full hearing fee if there is less than 48 hours notice.
If the parties dispute responsibility, or if the case settles, they divide the charge equally.
