List of Available Dates
You can schedule a Mediated Negotiation or Arbitration by selecting from our list of available dates and then filling out the case information form provided below.

The only cases accepted for scheduling are ones in which the participating parties have agreed to use my services and are represented by attorneys or claims adjusters. We reserve dates as soon as we receive the case information (below) by e-mail or fax, along with your confirmation that the requested date(s) are good for all parties. We update this list regularly. However, we occasionally receive more than one request for the same date, and then follow a "first come, first served" policy. Thus, the more dates you can confirm as good for all parties, the better. Short notice (less than two weeks) postponements/cancellations occasionally free up dates - if needed, you can email or call for an immediate update on any short notice availability.

FULL DAY mediations normally go from 10:30 AM to 4 PM; arbitrations from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
HALF DAY cases in SPRINGFIELD go for 2 1/2 hours; morning sessions normally start at 10 AM and afternoon sessions at 1:30 PM.
HALF DAY cases in ALL OTHER LOCATIONS (including Boston) go for 3 1/2 hours and normally start at 1 PM

One or more letter abbreviations after a date restrict its availability as follows:

w = Western Massachusetts & Hartford, CT
c = Central Massachusetts (Worcester County)
b = Boston area & Eastern Massachusetts
s = Springfield; AM = morning only; PM = afternoon only
No letters mean that all locations (see below) are available

LOCATION INFORMATION

We provide attractive locations for FULL DAY cases in Boston, Sturbridge, Springfield, Northampton and Deerfield. If all participating attorneys agree, you may also schedule a case at one of your offices (at least two conference rooms are needed) anywhere in New England that is within approximately 100 miles of Northampton, Massachusetts, (e.g., Hartford or New Haven CT, Southern Vermont, or Providence, RI).
HALF DAY cases are only scheduled at our locations in Springfield or Worcester, or at a mutually acceptable attorney office anywhere in Massachusetts or Hartford, CT.
