Scheduling

You can schedule a Mediated Negotiation or Arbitration by first doing a screening checklist, then selecting a mutually agreeable date from the list of available dates and filling out the scheduling form provided below.

Screening Checklist

Please only schedule mediated negotiations meeting the following criteria:
   1) Multiple issues separate the parties; OR, multiple parties will participate
   2)   All participating parties are represented by attorneys
   3)   Each party has disclosed who will attend
   4) All parties agree to those who will be present, the date(s) and the location.

Please only schedule arbitrations for disputes where issues of importance to the parties are not well-addressed by money damages alone.  Include in the "Comments" box below a description of the dispute stipulated to by the parties.

We reserve dates on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as we receive the scheduling form (below).  
Only full day or multiple day reservations are accepted.  Mediated Negotiations normally go from 10:30 AM to 4 PM; Arbitrations normally from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.  Other start & end times upon request.
If more than four attorneys are involved, submit this form fully filled out, then return to this page to add the additional attorneys.
Scheduling and confirmation are paperless.
